Associate Sales Representative

Diversatek Healthcare, Milwaukee, WI

Are you looking to break into the Medical Device industry? The Associate Sales Representative with Diversatek Healthcare provides an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the medical device industry. Exceptional growth has prompted our need to hire talent for our growing Sales Department. The Associate Sales Representative will improve the product sales cycle and post-sale experience resulting in greater long-term success and value to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers in assigned territory by conducting outbound calls.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly opportunity goal.
  • Partner with the Territory Sales Representative to increase customer retention rates by cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Partner with the Territory Sales Representative to help facilitate the sales process from opportunity to close.
  • Assist in managing the quotation process alongside the field sales group to improve top line sales revenue.
  • Collect customer feedback data and market information.
  • Partner with the Diagnostic Sales Team to generate opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM database per company guidelines.
  • Other customer service duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Hunter mentality, demonstrated initiative, with competitive desire to win
  • Desire for future growth and development, with potential to transition to Field Sales Role
  • Inside sales, business development, or account management experience a plus but not required
  • Passion for revenue, growth, and improvement with a strong empathy for customers
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customers' needs and problem solve effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Minimal Travel Required
