Job description

Work Flexibility: Field-based

What you will do

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will promote Stryker Sage Products to nurses/clinicians and appropriate hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships.

  • Develop and utilize a deep understanding of products, customers, and their needs to improve patient outcomes and increase sales and market share.
  • Collaborate with and provide support to the Sales Representative to drive sales and achieve quotas.
  • Participate in hospital surveys, product implementation, and post-sales training, ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Actively participate in national, regional, and local trade shows.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through strong communication, management of delivery dates, problem-solving through a consultative approach, in-service training, and coordination of product repairs.

What you need

Required:

  • University Degree
  • 1+ years of experience

Preferred:

  • Degree in nursing or other health-related disciplines
  • 1+ years of experience in Outside Sales
  • 1+ years of experience working in a hospital or other clinical setting

Additional Information:

  • Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations

  • Must have a valid driver's license

$65,000 and may be eligible to earn variable commission + benefits.

Travel Percentage: 70%
