Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Associate, Sales Operations & Enablement to support our Inside Sales organization across four offices. This role will be a critical partner to Sales Leadership, driving operational efficiency, enabling team success, and ensuring seamless execution of key processes and initiatives.

Based in Toronto (4 days in office), this role requires a strong blend of analytical capability, process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Process Excellence

  • Lead expense management processes for the Inside Sales team, including tracking, reporting, and optimization
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability
  • Conduct regular audits across the Inside Sales team to ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes, documentation, and best practices

Sales Enablement & Training

  • Support onboarding and training for new sales systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Lead onboarding process optimization and execution for new hires
  • Deliver training sessions on systems, processes, and tools
  • Partner with Marketing and Product Teams to support broader initiatives and adoption

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain sales performance dashboards and reporting (Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI)
  • Provide insights and analysis to Sales Leadership to support decision-making
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting tools

Leadership Support & Communications

  • Draft and manage internal communications to support alignment and engagement
  • Act as a central resource for the Inside Sales team, ensuring access to tools, resources, and information

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across BMO GAM (e.g., HR, Finance, Technology, Marketing)
  • Support hiring processes including coordination, execution, tracking and candidate experience
  • Help organize and maintain centralized resources and documentation for team efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce (advanced Excel skills preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience supporting sales teams, sales operations, or enablement functions is preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and functions
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Salary:

$61,600.00 - $113,900.00

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
