As a Sr. Associate, Sales Operations, the candidate will collaborate with all the departments of Customer and Commercial Operations to address business problems by utilizing advanced analytics tools.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting operational excellence through advanced analytics, data visualization, and process improvement. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to convert intricate data sets into actionable insights that facilitate strategic decision-making. This is an onsite role based at our Fort Worth, Texas Main campus.
In this role, a typical day will include:
  • Design and develop sophisticated analytical tools using Tableau and Alteryx to support operational decision-making.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement in business processes.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical business insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate new data sources and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and automate workflows in Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and analytics.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Tableau and Alteryx usage and best practices.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical skills capable of assessing complex business requirements from real world scenarios and the ability to translate them into solution design.
  • Analyze the final project, give feedback, determine areas of improvement, and help the project team to make necessary changes.
  • Develop and update SQL queries for troubleshooting data and creating ad-hoc analysis as per business needs.
  • Support in the implementation of new applications / systems focused on optimizing the resources.
  • Be in a constant search for knowledge, new tools and technologies and propose improvement or innovation ideas.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Assoc.+6 yrs.; M.S.+0 yrs.)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
