Cadent is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to support the data, reporting, processes, and systems that help our revenue organization operate effectively. This role will work closely with the Revenue Operations team and cross-functional partners to provide insights into business performance, maintain accurate revenue data, and support the day-to-day operations of our go-to-market teams.

The Revenue Operations Analyst will be a strong analytical problem solver who is comfortable working with data, learning new systems, and translating information into clear insights. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build experience across revenue operations, sales analytics, and business strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support recurring revenue reporting, dashboards, and analysis related to pipeline, bookings, forecast, sales activity, and overall business performance.
  • Analyze revenue and sales data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring further investigation.
  • Assist with forecasting, pipeline management, territory and account analysis, and other Revenue Operations processes.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards and KPIs that provide visibility into revenue performance, pipeline health, conversion, and seller productivity.
  • Support annual and ongoing sales planning activities, including territory planning, quota allocation, capacity planning, and account assignments.
  • Help maintain accurate and reliable CRM data through regular data audits, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with Sales and other cross-functional teams to troubleshoot reporting, data, system, and process questions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve or automate recurring reports, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Support Revenue Operations projects and initiatives, including documentation, data analysis, testing, and implementation.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Cadent's revenue processes, systems, and business model to provide increasingly valuable insights and support to the organization.
Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in using data to understand business performance.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including experience working with and analyzing large data sets.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and reporting or business intelligence tools is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and an interest in learning how revenue organizations operate and scale.
  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, media, SaaS, or technology is a plus, but not required.
