Registered Nurse — Home Health

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $42–$46 pay per visit | $10,000 sign-on bonus (paid quarterly)

About the Role

A growing home health organization in Western Pennsylvania is hiring full-time Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This is a flexible, community-based role with a strong onboarding program, real schedule flexibility, and a $10K bonus for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in your assigned territory
  • Develop and manage individualized patient care plans alongside the clinical team

  • Travel locally to patient homes within your service area (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Manage one on-call shift per week (5p–10p) and one weekend per month
