Job Summary
As a RN you will coordinate total patient centered care ensuring optimal service to the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
Assessment: The registered nurse collects comprehensive data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health and/or situation by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
Diagnosis: The registered nurse analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnoses or the issues by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
Outcomes Identification: The registered nurse identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
Planning: The registered nurse develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternative to attain expected outcomes by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
Implementation: The registered nurse implements the identified plan by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
Evaluation: The registered nurse evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Effective interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with physicians, and instruct patients and their families.
Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly.

• Associate's Degree (Required) Substitution: May substitute completion of a formal nursing program in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
