RN License from NYS.
2 Forms of identification (i.e., Driver's License/State ID and SS Card or Passport)
Physical Exam, PPD, Titers, Drug Screen

Fingerprinting. In order to work within the school setting, it is mandatory for all employees to be fingerprinted and cleared by the New York State Department of Education (DOE).
