Job Overview
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN)to join our Assisted Living Community in Wyoming, MN! This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.
This nurse schedule includes;
  • Casual / on call
  • Day/evening shift
  • Must pick up three shifts a month; two being weekend shifts

  • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
  • Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
  • Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
  • RN - Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary
  • Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Required:
  • Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
  • Current MN RN license
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
    • BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice
  • 0-1 years of experience

Preferred:
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • TCU LPN/RN experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Point Click Care knowledge
