As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain their optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will oversee the clinical activities of CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Completion of a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
  • Current licensure/registration in the applicable state, with an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
