Job Description:

This job is responsible for executing on Global Payment Solutions (GPS) to drive adherence to enterprise-wide policies/standards and providing guidance to client teams when clients become financially challenged.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advise client teams when their clients become financially challenged; making recommendations to reduce treasury related credit limits or move to prefunding.
  • Guide client teams of their responsibilities when their clients file bankruptcy and ensure bank's compliance with court documents.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Enterprise Contract Management team and GPS Contract Enabler, Contract Manager, Contract Owner and Risk/Legal partners.
  • Ensure deadlines and requirements of Enterprise Contract Management policy/standard are met by GPS and maintain quality files and documentation of Inventory, Risk summaries/non-standard approvals, QA QC, Framework, Contracts and Contract Risk Assessments

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the development, execution, and enhancement of reporting to allow Risk and business partners to effectively identify and manage risk
  • Oversees the analysis of trends and oversees the data design, portfolio trends, loss trends, and portfolio dynamics to ensure alignment with business strategies
  • Serves as a liaison between the data, technology, and reporting teams in support of strategic initiatives affecting multiple Risk functions and lines of business to ensure company goals are met
  • Oversees database production processes and performance reports for senior management, using data mining and other advanced analytical techniques to aggregate data
  • Manages communications related to complex ad-hoc requests for information from both internal and external parties, ensuring requests are addressed
  • Leads cross-functional strategic efforts to remediate data quality issues
  • Provides oversight of relevant systems andassures controls are operating effectively based on feedback received from the control checks and reviews

Required Qualifications:

  • Banking experience, with credit/risk background and/or GPS or equivalent experience
  • Intellectually curious, ability to think outside of the box
  • Strong analytical, risk mindset and able to debate, escalate and recommend solutions to issues
  • Strong project management and process skills, able to handle full workload with tight deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills and is comfortable representing the bank in communications with associates, internal/external counsel and with all levels of management
  • Strong acumen of excel, co-pilot, sharepoint and other approved platforms/tools to bring operational efficiencies into role
  • Proven organizational skills with keen ability to prioritize workload while managing unplanned urgent requests.
