Estimator – Drive Growth through Strategic Project Analysis and Bidding

Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in the company’s expansion by identifying high-value commercial and private project opportunities. This role offers the autonomy to manage the full pre-construction lifecycle, from initial lead discovery and risk analysis to final bid submission. You will work in a hybrid environment where your technical precision and market insight directly fuel our project pipeline.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Identify and evaluate new commercial and private project opportunities to ensure a consistent and profitable project pipeline.

  • Perform comprehensive project and exposure analysis to identify potential risks and operational challenges before bidding.

  • Execute precise quantity take-offs to ensure all material and labor requirements are accurately accounted for.

  • Produce detailed estimates and formal bids for executive approval and timely submission to clients.

  • Analyze historical data and current market trends to maintain competitive and accurate pricing structures.

  • Collaborate with the field operations team to ensure estimated costs align with actual site execution capabilities.
