Position Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and creating outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a confident leader, strong communicator, and proactive problem-solver with a proven background in full-service restaurant management.


  • Lead restaurant operations while ensuring company standards are consistently maintained 
  • Develop and support team members to promote a positive and productive work environment 
  • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations 
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experiences 
  • Maintain operational excellence and strong financial performance 
  • Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays 
  • Report directly to the General Manager 


Responsibilities
  • Arrive to work on time, prepared, and in compliance with company dress and appearance standards. 
  • Lead restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient daily performance. 
  • Build sales and increase guest counts by positively representing the restaurant within the community. 
  • Maximize sales and profitability through effective coaching, leadership, and service execution. 
  • Communicate restaurant priorities, menu updates, promotions, and operational expectations through regular team meetings. 
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment by interacting with team members throughout each shift. 
  • Model hospitality and personalized service to both guests and employees. 
  • Plan for business demands through accurate scheduling, ordering, and inventory management. 
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to consistently deliver an outstanding guest experience. 
  • Address guest and employee concerns promptly, professionally, and fairly. 
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels for both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. 
  • Conduct performance management activities including coaching, recognition, evaluations, and corrective action when necessary. 
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization. 
  • Ensure the restaurant maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and facility maintenance. 
  • Manage operational costs including labor, food, beverage, smallwares, and supplies. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain necessary products and tools to support restaurant operations. 
  • Hold team members accountable to company standards, policies, service expectations, and operational procedures. 
  • Support food and beverage quality standards by ensuring all items are prepared and presented properly. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, team performance, and guest satisfaction.
