Utilizing telehealth technology, you will engage with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring that you maintain a connected and supportive relationship even from a distance. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal guidelines and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health by participating in workshops and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Your primary focus will be providing mental health services to individuals and families who may not have easy access to effective support. This role offers you the chance to work with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, ideally within a therapeutic or clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience and specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use, or trauma-informed care are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and engage in a cohesive team environment.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies to ensure accurate patient documentation.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a rewarding salary, our benefits package includes:
