  • Engage in continuous professional development and attend workshops to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and therapeutic techniques.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to care plans and sharing insights to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Bring your expertise to supervision roles as you mentor junior staff or interns in therapeutic practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve individuals and families who may face various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our focus is on providing care for individuals who often lack access to traditional health resources. Your work will profoundly impact their lives by offering guidance, support, and coping strategies.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a community health setting is a plus, as it aligns with our organizational mission.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, along with malpractice insurance.
  • Access to a client referral program to support your practice.
