Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to devise individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and mental health challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches to provide effective therapy for individuals, couples, and groups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records, complying with legal and ethical standards to ensure client confidentiality and care quality.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with interdisciplinary teams to address the comprehensive needs of clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and attend workshops to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCPC at Community Outreach Network, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals from underrepresented communities who may have limited access to mental health services. Your role will involve treating a variety of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possess an active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits
