Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, integrating evidence-based practices to ensure effective care.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to create pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, positive behavior support systems, and medication management strategies.
• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and internal protocols.
• Implement and evaluate screening tools as required to offer data-driven insights to the clinical team.
• Act as a liaison with external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate client support and resource access.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and relevant state meetings, while representing the agency in your areas of expertise.
• Promote agency values within the community, establishing networks with local, state, and federal organizations to identify collaboration and funding opportunities.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the clinic's commitment to quality care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, fostering a culture of adaptability and service excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing challenges related to emotional health, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. Your approach will center on building strong therapeutic relationships, allowing for tailored interventions that address the specific needs and circumstances of each individual. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.
• Current licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, with additional productivity bonuses to reward high performance.
