Automotive Receptionist

CMA Toyota & Chevrolet of Martinsburg is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity to start or grow your career in the automotive industry.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers and guests with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls
  • Assist customers in connecting with the appropriate sales, service, parts, or administrative team member
  • Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Support general administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintain accurate customer information and data entry
  • Assist with dealership communications, scheduling, and customer follow-up
  • Help create a positive customer experience from arrival to departure

Requirements

  • Customer service, receptionist, front desk, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
