Associate Realtors often begin by leveraging their personal and professional networks to find potential clients, while also attending open houses, community events, and networking opportunities to meet new prospects. They usually work closely with experienced agents or mentors in their brokerage, assisting with showings, paperwork, and marketing efforts. This hands-on approach not only helps build confidence and skills but also allows new Associates to gain valuable insights into the local market and client needs.
