Frank Ciotta & Associates is a full service residential and commercial real estate appraisal firm established in 1988, with corporate headquarters in Jericho, New York. We cover the Five Boroughs of NYC, Nassau and Suffolk Counties as well as Westchester, Putnam, Sullivan, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Counties, in New York, Fairfield County Connecticut and select counties in New Jersey. At Frank Ciotta & Associates, we pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive and accurate appraisal reports backed by the integrity of the firm’s principal and our professional appraisal staff.

We are not an AMC. Our clients are interested in quality appraisals and they are willing to compensate us for our hard work and geographic competency.
