The Associate Network Automation Engineer is responsible for supporting the automation, integration, and ongoing optimization of network infrastructure by leveraging scripting and APIs, while ensuring systems are well-documented and continuously improved. It also collaborates across a global team and helps maintain operational reliability, including participating in on-call support.
This position reports to the Director of Network Engineering and is part of the Infrastructure Operations organization and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Support the automation and ongoing management of network devices and infrastructure.
  • Integrate infrastructure and management tools using APIs and scripting to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of network environments and configurations.
  • Research, test, and recommend enhancements to strengthen and optimize production networks.
  • Collaborate with the global infrastructure team and participate in on-call support to ensure reliability and uptime.

The essential requirements of the job include
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience writing Python scripts for automation or tooling.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Hands-on exposure to Linux environments.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Configuration management or automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
  • API frameworks or REST-based integrations.
  • Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Core infrastructure technologies including DNS and virtualization.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
  • Up to 15% travel required.

The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
