The (USA) Realty Project Coach is responsible for leading and managing realty execution projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful outcomes. This role directs associates and vendors, oversees project plans, and monitors budgets while maintaining alignment with corporate strategies. The position requires effective communication, problem-solving, and adaptability to address challenges and optimize project execution. By fostering strong partnerships across cross-functional teams, the Realty Project Coach ensures timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and services, supporting company goals and operational excellence throughout all project phases.

The Realty Project team leads comprehensive real estate initiatives, managing projects from inception to completion. Collaborating across multiple departments, the team delivers new facilities, remodels, and infrastructure that support operational goals. Members coordinate timelines, communicate plans, and oversee vendor and associate activities to ensure project success. The team emphasizes accountability, adaptability, and effective communication while guiding project execution and resolving challenges. By fostering strong partnerships and maintaining focus on quality and efficiency, the team plays a vital role in advancing company objectives and enhancing the operational environment.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and adherence to project plans.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
