Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to provide leadership and oversight on enterprise-level projects. The successful candidate will bring strategic vision, proven project management expertise, and strong communication skills to drive successful delivery of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance for assigned projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain clear and attainable project objectives and requirements.
  • Manage project constraints including cost, time, scope, and quality.
  • Establish project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track and report progress.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
  • Develop and execute contingency plans as needed.
  • Direct and manage project development from initiation through completion.
  • Communicate project plans, updates, issues, and successes clearly and effectively.
  • Manage multiple smaller projects concurrently, as needed.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to support long-term success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an IT Project Management role.
  • At least two (2) project engagements of six months or longer in a Project Manager role.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of delivering projects successfully.
  • Current PMP certification.
