This Opportunity:
Palladium is currently seeking a fluent French Senior Associate, Project Delivery to support implementation of the Translating Data for Implementation (Data.FI)award. Data.FI is a global projectfunded by the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and theState Department.
Data.FI partners with PEPFAR programs to accelerate and sustainaccess to high-quality data to expedite HIV epidemic control and maintenance.Data.FI supports host country governments to enhance existing healthinformation systems (HIS) and conduct in-depth analysis of epidemiologic andprogram data to inform management responses to gaps in programming and sustainimpact by supporting local partner transition.
This is a project role with duration until September 30, 2026 with a high probability of an extension. Preference will be given to candidates that can start immediately.
Location and Compensation:
The position is based in Palladium's Arlington, VA office withinour Americas region. Candidates must have current work authorization in the US as visa sponsorship cannot be accommodated.
Palladium supports a hybrid working model with 3 days in office, 2days from home.

Reporting Lines:
  • The Senior Associate will report directly to the Manager, Project Delivery

PrimaryRoles and Responsibilities:
  • Support project start-up and close-out, including office setup and lease finalization
  • Act as liaison between corporate services, senior managers, project teams, and compliance hubs
  • Maintain project management documentation and track progress against work plans
  • Lead internal and external reporting, including risk assessments and client deliverables
  • Monitor and escalate project risks and issues to leadership as needed.
    Develop and implement compliant subcontractor and grants management procedures
  • Manage PMU administration: agendas, notes, calendars, and task tracking
  • Anticipate project needs and recommend process improvements
  • Train and mentor new and junior PMU staff
    Ensure compliance with company and client policies across all operational areas
  • Lead procurement and contract management, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Assist with internal financial reporting and tasks including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, reviewing partner and vendor invoices, and any other ad hoc financial reporting assignments
  • Coordinate HR functions with field staff including recruitment, onboarding, and staff mobilization
  • Maintain project data systems for staff and consultants
  • Contribute to company growth by supporting well-managed projects, ensuring Palladium is seen positively by clients for consideration in future business development
  • Complete other duties as assigned

EssentialCriteria:
  • Bachelor's degree and / or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous experience managing projects or activities that required high quality organizational, financial, or managerial skills
  • Financial acumen and the ability to interpret and analyze financial reports
  • Experience supporting work implementing USAID or other donor funded projects
  • English and French fluency
