Job description

Environmental – Wastewater Project Engineer for innovative wastewater engineering firm in Newton, MA to work with a high energy, innovative, state of the art wastewater and water quality restoration engineering firm serving public and private clients throughout the United States. Typical projects include engineering unique decentralized wastewater including design, construction/operation oversight for municipalities and private clients. Firm also specializes in state-of-the-art groundwater treatment for nitrogen and/or phosphorus removal.

Responsibilities:

Working under the guidance of senior engineers, design of and reports for municipal and private decentralized wastewater management systems. Familiarity with state of the art decentralized wastewater and stormwater management technologies desired.

Desired Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and high computer literacy, especially excel required. ARCVIEW / AUTOCAD experience highly desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential, along with being self-motivated and ability to work well independently. Competitive and rewarding compensation, flexible hours and challenging assignments are characteristics of the company.
