Job description

About Company
At the heart of what we are, we are a small company that specializes in manufacturing personal care products. While we are much bigger now than what we were 20 years ago or even 5 years ago, our company was built on a belief that being small meant that we had to be faster than our competition, smarter, braver and of course, nicer. We knew that in order to make it, we had to produce products that our customers needed, in time, priced right, and with the highest quality. We knew innovation meant pushing the envelope on design and thinking. Most importantly, we knew that developing relationships meant building a reputation for coming through on promises and standing behind our product. That is who we are today and how we operate every day.
Position Summary
The Associate Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing project timelines, task execution, and cross-functional coordination using Monday.com, ensuring all project milestones are delivered accurately and on schedule. This role drives Product Availability Dates (PAD), On-Time InFull (OTIF) performance, and overall timeline adherence by maintaining clear visibility of every task, dependency, and blocker across the launch process. This position partners closely with Outside Sales, Operations, Scheduling, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to maintain updated project boards, escalate risks early, and enforce RFT (Right First Time) discipline. The main focus is timeline and project management, and the role also includes some ERP-related updates to support accurate and timely launch execution
This position requires a full-time, five-day on-site presence at our Coppell, Texas office. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties
  • Own and manage all project timelines in Monday.com, ensuring tasks, dependencies, and milestones are created, maintained, and consistently updated.
  • Lead cross-functional project alignment, ensuring all departments understand deliverables, due dates, and upstream/downstream impacts.
  • Execute established launch processes to ensure RFT and OTIF metrics are achieved.
  • Drive weekly project reviews, identifying at-risk items and enforcing escalation paths when delays threaten PAD or customer commitments.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the Monday.com launch boards, ensuring timelines reflect accurate information from Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality.
  • Track and communicate risks and blockers, develop mitigation plans, and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Coordinate line trials, pilot batches, and component readiness with Packaging Engineering and Process Engineering.
  • Conduct post-launch evaluations to identify process inefficiencies, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Scheduling and Outside Sales to support capacity alignment and execution readiness.
  • Support CAPA/NOE follow-up only as related to launch quality defects, timeline impact or launch delays.
  • Maintain KPI reporting centered on project timeliness, OTIF performance, RFT accuracy, and cross-functional responsiveness.
  • Maintain limited ERP updates (item setup, PAD-aligned dates, demand entry) as needed to keep project timelines accurate.
  • Foster strong internal partnerships and communication channels to improve launch performance.
