Job description


Job Duties: Associate, Project Management with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver complex and strategic cross-divisional technological initiatives. Coordinate with a broad group of stakeholders to analyze and meet regulatory demands and mitigate business risks. Provide transparency and progress of projects, issues and timelines by running steering groups and other governance forums with senior leadership. Identify and manage project risks from inception to completion while collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions and mitigants. Facilitate communication on key project matters across teams contributing to the project. Remove impediments at program level, ensure the backlog of work is proactively managed to deliver maximum Return on Investment (ROI). Facilitate the performance of quality assurance testing, development of mitigation plans and hold implementation reviews with stakeholders.
Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Information Management or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related role or Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Information Management or a related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Prior work experience must include two (2) years of experience (with a Master's degree) or four (4) years of experience (with a Bachelor's degree) with: business and process analysis for operational and engineering workflows, goals, and metrics; project management software tools including Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Projects; business intelligence tools including Microsoft Excel Modeling, Tableau, or PowerBI; hands on experience in end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope definition, OKR frameworks, identification of cross-functional project dependencies, issue and risk management, status reporting, and User Acceptance Test execution; and software development methodologies including Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and Waterfall models.
