Position Description - Senior Pricing Associate

As a Senior Pricing Associate, you will support the execution of pricing strategies that enhance profitability and market competitiveness. This role focuses on translating strategic pricing decisions into actionable initiatives, coordinating cross-functional implementation, and ensuring effective execution of pricing projects. You will help analyze data, track performance, and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Assist in conducting market and competitor research to inform pricing decisions and provide supporting analysis.
  • Help manage price setting and updates across products and services in accordance with established pricing frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution of pricing changes, including collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
  • Manage the operational rollout of discount programs and promotional pricing, ensuring timelines and accuracy.
  • Maintain documentation of pricing decisions and project timelines; ensure clear communication of changes across stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining pricing tools, dashboards, and models; support scenario analyses under direction from Pricing Managers.
  • Monitor discounting behaviors and help enforce pricing policies and governance procedures.
  • Help ensure pricing structures within contracts are consistent with company standards and correctly implemented.
  • Drive assigned pricing-related projects to completion with a focus on accuracy, timelines, and business impact.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in pricing, finance, business analysis, or related roles; project coordination experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Clear and professional communicator; able to coordinate effectively across teams and drive initiatives forward.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • CPP certification or prior experience in pricing execution is a plus.
