Description
DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for an Associate Engineer for Microsoft 365 solutions. This is an entry-level engineering role intended for someone early in their technical career who is ready to build hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 delivery, administration, and consulting.
The Associate Engineer will contribute to Microsoft 365 engagements through guided technical work, surface-level reviews, administrative tasks, documentation, and ticket support. This role is expected to provide value from day one by completing assigned work, supporting customer outcomes, and helping improve delivery consistency while continuing to grow toward more advanced engineering ownership over time.
Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Solutions Delivery
  • Support Microsoft 365 customer environments through assigned engineering tasks, basic administration, and ticket-based work.
  • Assist Engineers and Senior Engineers with customer engagements, project activities, assessments, and implementation support.
  • Perform surface-level tenant reviews, basic health checks, configuration validation, and research using provided guidance, standards, and checklists.

Professional Development
  • Pursue Microsoft certifications, technical training, and hands-on learning aligned to progression toward Engineer and Senior Engineer responsibilities.
  • Build increasing familiarity with Microsoft 365 features, security recommendations, delivery standards, and customer-facing consulting practices.

Requirements
  • At least one year of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies in an administrative or support capacity.
  • Interest in developing Microsoft 365 administration skills, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Ability to follow documented procedures, checklists, troubleshooting steps, and engineering guidance.
  • Developing troubleshooting mindset for common access, collaboration, productivity, and Microsoft 365 administration issues.
  • Awareness of Microsoft 365 security concepts such as MFA, Conditional Access, and email protection.
  • Exposure to PowerShell or willingness to learn basic administrative scripting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to balance assigned tickets, project support, administrative tasks, and learning objectives in a consulting engineering environment.
