Your Role on Our Team

The Associate Talent Acquisition Program Manager supports recruiting activities across the hiring lifecycle. This role is primarily responsible for interview scheduling and coordination, candidate communication, onboarding support, recruiting event logistics, and execution of Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives.

This position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Teams, and Human Resources to support efficient hiring processes and a strong candidate experience.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through the following:

Talent Acquisition Programs & Operations

Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition programs and operations including recruiting coordination, recruiting events, Talent Attraction initiatives, employee referral activities, and social media/job posting support.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate logistics across candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the interview, offer, onboarding, and pre-employment process to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Support offer generation, onboarding coordination, and other recruiting operational activities to help ensure timely hiring execution.
  • Maintain recruiting trackers, schedules, and operational documentation to support hiring workflows and reporting.
  • Assist with planning and execution for recruiting events and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Coordinate operational activities across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ensure recruiting activities and documentation align with compliance and audit standards.
  • Perform other related duties and support as assigned.

Process Improvement & Operational Support

  • Support recruitment technology implementation, operational process improvements, and other initiatives.
  • Track recruiting metrics and support reporting efforts.
  • Assist with improving workflows, coordination processes, and operational efficiencies across Talent Acquisition programs.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • 1+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, Program Coordination, or a related function; relevant internship experience may be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and professional experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling, onboarding, or recruiting operations preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build productive working relationships.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Workday, recruiting systems, CRM platforms, or scheduling tools preferred.
