  • Coordinates Lead Admin's activities. 
  • Manages program-wide procedure documents system. 
  • Screens incoming correspondence and other tasks and responds to requests for information concerning office procedures. 
  • Arranges conferences and meetings and assembles established background materials, as directed. May attend meetings and record and report on the proceedings. 
  • Performs correspondence peer reviews for consistency and conformance with the Navy Correspondence Manual; assures that proper authorizations have been obtained, when needed. 
  • Collects information from the files or staff for routine inquiries on office program(s) or periodic reports. Refers non-routine requests to contractor lead. 
  • Prepares materials needed by the Government for conferences, correspondence, and meetings. 
  • Prepares special or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources such as reports, documents, correspondence, other offices, etc., under general directions. 
  • Performs Administrative Specialist/Associate tasks as required. 
 
Qualifications: 
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required. 
  • Secret Security Clearance Required 
  • Background experience on the program is required
