Job description

Associate Product Support Maintenance Analyst

Company:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently looking for an Associate Product Support Maintenance Analyst to join our team in Tukwila, Washington. This role focuses on developing and validating Military Commercial Derivative aircraft maintenance procedures for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant procedures and data for the end user. This role will require the selected candidate to analyze aircraft related engineering data, and impacts of engineering changes to produce accurate and certifiable aircraft maintenance procedures. The candidate will be able to communicate cross-functionally with relevant product support teams, engineering, and operational aircraft maintenance personnel to implement solutions that optimize aircraft availability.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop, author, and validate unscheduled aircraft maintenance procedures to support diagnosis and safe repair of defects and failures.
  • Validate scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance procedures to meet safety, regulatory, and reliability requirements
  • Assess the impact of engineering changes on aircraft maintenance tasks.
  • Translate engineering data, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives into clear aircraft maintenance instructions, tools lists, and safety/qualification requirements
  • Perform analyses to verify effectiveness of maintenance procedures
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison - coordinating with engineering, product support, reliability, supply chain, and end-user line maintenance to ensure procedures are implementable and supportable in operational environments
  • Respond to routine in-service technical inquiries
  • Maintain configuration control of maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with OEM, customer, and regulatory documentation standards

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with aircraft maintenance, Maintenance concepts development and sustainment, repair, and overhaul environments
  • Experience supporting aircraft production, development, and/or sustainment program(s)
  • Experience working on engineering drawings in a related field (aircraft mod, new airplane design, automotive, submarines, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Active U.S. Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in commercial or military aircraft maintenance environments
  • Familiarity with airworthiness directives, continued airworthiness processes, and regulatory maintenance requirements
  • Cross-functional communication skills; ability to work with engineering, product support, and end-user customer
  • Strong technical writing skills and attention to procedural detail, human factors, and safety
