Job Title:Incentive AnalystJob Description:

Summary:

The Incentive Analyst is responsible for the administration of various incentive plans. Provides reporting to associates, management, finance, human resources and the Total Rewards team. Plays a key role in the assessment and validation of incentive system defects and enhancements in alignment with plan administration requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and administer incentive plans including performing quarterly and monthly incentive calculations utilizing various data resources.Collect data from a variety of sources, analyze data, and determine usage for purposes of incentive calculation.

  • Resolve issues, research payment discrepancies, and communicate resolution to associates and management.

  • Assist in the implementation and administration of incentive plan policies and programs comprehending and applying broad company policies and practices to individualized Incentive issues.

  • Involved in incentive system implementation and maintenance, including any future system changes and enhancements, assessing and validating systems defects, modeling, and testing of incentive plan results within the system.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on incentive compensation plan administration.

  • Assemble and distribute recurring reporting for Finance and Total Rewards for accrual management and expense forecasting exercises.

  • Provide feedback toTotal Rewards and HR leadership regarding effectiveness of incentive plan design.

  • Develop guidelines and procedures ensuring consistency in administering the incentive plans.

  • Perform a monthly salary reconciliation analysis in compliance with SOX controls.

  • Provide a weekly analysis of the long-term incentive plan performance grants and distribute to executive leadership.

  • Provide process support to the long-term incentive plan by managing annual, monthly, and mid-year stock grants and cancellation of grants due to terminations.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and modeling when appropriate.

  • Assists with review and implementation of HRIS compensation-related items.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Google Suite Experience (Docs, Sheets)

  • Salesforce experience preferred

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) professional designation preferred
