Jackson Lewis is seeking Summer Associates. The goal of our Associate program is to acquaint our Associates with the Firm and its practice and to provide "real law experience" that will prove beneficial to their future professional careers. Summer Associates will be exposed to a broad range of practice areas and professional experiences - all in Employment Law.The responsibilities of the Associate will include:

  • Summer Associates will become familiar with the laws related to employment law
  • Assist with research, case analysis and all phases of litigation including drafting memoranda and court filings
  • Review status of employment law developments and prepare summaries and articles related to new legislation
