The goal of PNC's Development Program is to move analysts from development roles into production roles in one of PNC's lines of business.
Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) offers strategic insight and financial solutions for businesses, organizations, municipalities, and nonprofits throughout the United States and internationally. The Corporate Banking - Financials and Diversified track provides a broad exposure to business units within C&IB, structured development on-the-job, and formal classroom learning including an intensive 6-week credit training program designed to establish PNC's core competencies. Analysts possess strong problem-solving ability, interest in mastering complex products, a strong work ethic and a highly competitive nature.
The Corporate Banking - Financials and Diversified track includes segments in the following lines of business:

Participates as an analyst in the CCB- Financials & Diversified track development program.
  • Performs or assists the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g., deal, sales, or process support, internal or external customer interaction, or supporting internal projects). Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.

  • Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g., identifies and networks with business representatives and peers, participates in mentoring, job shadowing and community outreach).

  • Participates in formal learning (e.g., classroom, web-based or virtual) and completes related activities and projects.

  • Supports the internal and external customer experience by always providing excellent service; takes accountability and ensures problem resolution.

Base Salary: $39,100.00 - $126,500.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
