RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and communicate to a cross functional management team audience regular Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) plan in collaboration with global S&OP process. Leverage IBP data to create strategic supply plan for all Performance Foams AMR operations, with focus on 2-to-18 month time horizon. Develop new production planning and execution tracking tools for all areas of the expanded Performance Foams Mobile operation.
  • Develop and maintain new tools for efficient Shapes production planning for complex made to order Shapes operation. Shapes production unit expansion adds new complexity and opportunity for improved returns through maximized utilization.
  • Manage end-to-end toll manufacturing activities, including all logistics between raw materials, tollers and final product warehousing. Communicate and schedule with toller in alignment with product management, sales, customer service, and quality .
  • Optimize inventory and Net Working Capital for improved financial metrics performance. Monitor conspicuous materials and take measures to reduce or eliminate them. Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliation.
  • Support the business and production with advanced reporting (SAP W11, Power BI) to improve operational efficiency. Review and update SAP master data as appropriate to improve the accuracy of supply chain and production reporting processes. Provide dashboard analysis and support.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years+ experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations in chemical industry, or associate's degree considered with 6-10 years' experience.
  • Key user expertise in SAP (including transactional knowledge within inventory/material management, production control, IBP/APO, toll-manufacturing) and Power BI is highly preferred
  • Must have strong leadership skills in diverse teams and environments. Excellent written and communication skills with proficiency in MS Office applications and high proficiency in Excel.
  • Must have high degree of initiative to develop, implement, evaluate & modify processes, procedures and tools in highly matrixed and continuous improvement environment.
  • Must possess high interpersonal effectiveness for a diverse and innovative environment.
