Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager for Nebraska Medicine Hospital in Omaha, NE The Food Production Manager will oversee catring and general kitchen management for the medical campus. This strategic leader will come with a background in catering and have a proven ability to lead and develop teams in a culinary setting.

  • manage food production for catering and retail food service outlets
  • help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures
  • supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff
  • assist with scheduling and time-keeping
  • ordering and inventory 
  • help create menus based on client needs
  • help create interpersonal relationships with clients
