Job Description:
At Regions, the Mortgage Regional Production Manager manages several Mortgage Production Managers within a specific region.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manages regional production and strategic goals
  • Resolves escalated issues regarding loan files from Production Managers and Mortgage Loan Originators
  • Assists Production Managers in the development and coordination of sales activity plans
  • Provides oversight of loan production and financing for Mortgage Loan Originators
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and investor requirements
  • Monitors reports
  • Manages performance and the recommendation of incentive plans
  • Provides approval for exceptions regarding loan files and client satisfaction

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
