Montreal ou Quebec Hybride (4 jours teletravail)
Le mandatSolutions SFT recherche un(e) pilote de systeme - gestion de portefeuille et budgetaire pour notre client, une grande organisation publique du reseau de la sante au Quebec, dans le cadre du deploiement provincial de son Systeme d'information en gestion de projet et de portefeuille (SIGPP - Dynamics 365 Project Operations).
Vous agirez comme referent fonctionnel et operationnel pour les volets gouvernance de portefeuille, suivi budgetaire et reddition de comptes.
Vos responsabilitesGestion de portefeuilles
- Assurer l'application des regles de gouvernance, des processus et des standards de gestion de portefeuille
- Veiller a l'uniformite des pratiques a travers les unites administratives
- Assurer la qualite, la coherence et l'integrite des donnees de portefeuille
- Realiser des controles qualite et identifier les ecarts, anomalies ou incoherences
Gestion budgetaire et financiere
- Accompagner les equipes dans la gestion des budgets, couts, previsions et consommations
- Assurer le suivi des ecarts budgetaires et des indicateurs financiers
- Participer a la production et a la consolidation de l'information financiere (incluant Capex/Opex)
- Garantir la qualite et la coherence des donnees budgetaires
Analyse et reddition de comptes
- Consolider, valider et analyser les donnees de gestion
- Contribuer a la production d'indicateurs de performance et de tableaux de bord
- Assurer l'exploitabilite des donnees pour les comites, les suivis et la reddition de comptes
Soutien et operations
- Offrir un accompagnement fonctionnel avance aux utilisateurs et favoriser l'appropriation de la solution
- Participer aux mises en production, a la stabilisation, a la resolution d'incidents et a la validation des correctifs
- Collaborer avec les equipes de developpement, de deploiement, d'architecture, de securite et de gestion du changement
- Contribuer a l'amelioration continue en collaboration etroite avec le Product Owner
- Baccalaureat en technologies de l'information, en administration des affaires, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe
- Minimum 10 ans d'experience en technologies de l'information
- Minimum 5 ans d'experience a titre de pilote de systeme, acquis au cours des 10 dernieres annees
- Minimum 1 an d'experience avec Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations
- Experience en planification, suivi et controle de projets
- Experience en suivi financier, en controle et en validation de donnees
- Experience dans la documentation, la validation, le controle qualite et l'amelioration continue des configurations et des procedures d'exploitation
- Experience pertinente avec : Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps ou equivalent
- Experience confirmee en strategie et exploitation des donnees dans des environnements complexes
- Connaissance approfondie des processus de gestion de portefeuille, de programme et de projet
- Connaissance des processus de gestion budgetaire : planification financiere, previsions, suivi des couts, analyse des ecarts
- Comprehension des processus de gestion des feuilles de temps, des depenses et de l'affectation des ressources
- Connaissance des approches Agile, hybrides Agile/Waterfall et des pratiques DevOps
- Excellente maitrise du francais parle et ecrit
- Certification de super utilisateur DevOps, Dynamics et M365
- Certifications Microsoft : Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Solution Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Certification PMP, PMI-ACP ou certification en agilite
- Experience senior dans des mandats strategiques au sein d'organisations de grande envergure
- Connaissance du domaine de la sante
- Connaissance des outils collaboratifs (Azure DevOps)
Excellente capacite d'analyse, de synthese et de vulgarisation. Aptitudes marquees en accompagnement et en transfert de connaissances. Autonomie, rigueur, initiative et creativite dans la recherche de solutions.
Conditions- Contrat de 12 mois (24 aout 2026 au 24 aout 2027)
