Job description

First things first: are you customer-obsessed? If the answer is yes, you might be a great fit for Seez.
Seez is an AI-powered automotive technology company transforming how vehicles are bought and sold. Since 2016, we've been building scalable SaaS and digital retail solutions that help dealerships, OEMs, and marketplaces deliver smarter, more seamless car buying experiences. Our technology combines AI, data, and automation to power everything from intelligent vehicle discovery to next-generation conversational and generative AI tools.
We are seeking a highly technical and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of AI-enabled capabilities across our enterprise automotive SaaS platform. This role sits close to Engineering and Data Science and is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with technical teams, experimenting with emerging AI capabilities, and translating real customer problems into scalable product solutions.
You'll work at the intersection of business needs and technical execution, helping shape how AI becomes embedded across dealership workflows and customer-facing digital experiences. We're looking for someone who is comfortable moving between discovery, prototyping, and delivery, and who can translate complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.
JOB KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understand the Market & Customer Problems: Stay close to customer workflows, industry trends, and partner feedback in the automotive space. Translate real operational pain points into scalable product opportunities, with particular focus on automation and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Drive Technical Product Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of platform features from discovery through rollout and iteration. Work closely with Engineering and Data to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with platform architecture.
  • Contribute to AI-Enabled Product Direction: Identify opportunities to introduce AI capabilities that improve efficiency, insight generation, and customer experience across the platform. Support early validation of ideas through lightweight experimentation and structured problem exploration before committing to full delivery cycles.
  • Partner Closely with Engineering: Act as a technical partner to Engineering rather than a coordination layer between teams. Participate in solution discussions, clarify trade-offs, and help define implementation approaches that balance speed, quality, and long-term platform maintainability.
  • Shape the Roadmap: Contribute to roadmap planning by identifying high-impact improvements that balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform evolution.
  • Manage Parallel Initiatives: Coordinate multiple initiatives at once, aligning internal delivery timelines with customer expectations and platform priorities.
  • Own Product Performance: Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and use data to inform iteration and prioritisation decisions.

Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE PARTY (MUST HAVES)
  • Experience & Product Ownership: 3-4 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments, with a track record of owning features or products from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Exposure to AI-Enabled Product Development: Experience working on products that incorporate automation, machine learning workflows, LLM capabilities, or data-driven decision systems. Comfort experimenting with modern AI tooling to validate ideas and improve workflows is strongly preferred. Practical product application matters most.
  • Strategic & Lifecycle Management: Skilled in setting a clear product vision, defining roadmaps, and managing the full product lifecycle - from discovery and prioritisation to delivery and optimisation.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management: Builds strong relationships with internal teams and external clients. Proactively aligns expectations, manages feedback loops, and keeps stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle.
  • User-Centric & Data-Informed: Passionate about understanding user needs and turning insights into actionable solutions. Comfortable using data to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and measure success.
  • Structured Problem Solving: Excels at breaking down complex business or product problems into clear, prioritised tasks with practical, scalable solutions.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with product and collaboration tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, and analytics platforms.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU'RE SOMEONE (GREAT-TO-HAVE)
  • Automotive Industry Knowledge: Prior experience with automotive data and related technologies.
  • Innovation Champion: A spirit that challenges the status quo, encourages experimentation, and identifies opportunities to differentiate our products through innovative thinking.
  • Experience Working with AI Tooling: Hands-on exposure to prototyping workflows using modern AI tools, APIs, or automation platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Growth Mindset: Open to feedback, eager to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
  • Large-Scale Integrations: Experience building large-scale product solutions with complex third-party system integrations (e.g., payment gateways, internal systems) will be highly regarded.
  • SQL & Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools will be highly regarded.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Friendly, approachable, but not afraid to speak your mind when necessary to drive product excellence.
  • Passion for Building: A genuine passion for building things and/or a strong interest in software and technology.

Benefits
  • 25 days of paid annual leave plus public holidays
  • Flexible remote work options
  • Open door policy to CEO and all Leadership team
  • One-on-one wellness coaching sessions because your well-being matters.
  • An annual wellness budget to fuel whatever keeps you balanced-whether that's yoga, hiking, or visit to the museum.
  • An annual learning budget to power your growth-be it a new course, certification, or skill you've been eyeing
  • Regular team events, social calls, the best company SWAG, and a vibrant- hybrid culture
