Job Summary
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our TxB team, focused on delivering innovative, value-added services to our clients. In this role, you will assist in managing the strategy, development and commercialization of product features, such as tokenized deposits, that enable clients to seamlessly move money across the globe and efficiently run their treasury operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, operations, and sales to develop these features, delight our clients and deliver efficient, secure, and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Define product requirements for TxBs value added services including Tokenized-deposits and other microservice-based product features
  • Document clear user stories and acceptance criteria to collaborate, direct, and inform Design and Engineering resources
  • Support in creating and maintaining a detailed product roadmap that aligns with broader business goals
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization of features to ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
  • Present complex ideas and processes in easy to consume presentations to gain stakeholder alignment and drive initiatives forward
  • Analyze market developments and develop data-driven feedback loops to continuously refine and enhance product features
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  • Manage inter-team and technology dependencies to mitigate project and product risks
  • Develop and nurture collaborative working relationships with key internal partners including business teams, various product teams, legal and compliance, and enterprise technology organizations.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience, or 5 years (preferred) as a product manager, engineer, business analyst, or directly related experience
  • Preferred at least 2 years of experience working with transaction banking products or digital assets

Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of Agile product development methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of digital assets and APIs
  • Proficiency in using product management tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence
  • Ability to understand complex data models and perform data analysis

Soft Skills:
  • Detail-oriented nature with strong problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Proven track record in balancing client outcomes, business needs and technical feasibility, and delivery
  • Success in navigating corporate environments and startups
  • Comfortable in the fast lane: Experience with driving rapid team and product growth

Education:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or military experience
