Associate Product Director

This is a unique opportunity to join Further's Technology and Product Innovation team, working at the intersection of advanced AI technology. The team focuses on building AIenabled products that accelerate our clients' business outcomes and deliver exceptional experiences. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to shape needs, translate them into product capabilities, and ensure successful delivery through effective collaboration with engineering teams. You will sit in our headquarters in Dallas, TX on a hybrid schedule. The team is in office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. 

What experience should you have:

  • 10-15 years of product management experience or similar product-focused roles.
  • Experience leading endtoend product lifecycle activities, from strategy to delivery.
  • Experience with at least one AIpowered digital product or platform.
  • Ability to translate business needs into product features with clear value propositions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive decisions, and solve problems across multiple groups. 

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience in agile product development environments.
  • Familiarity with data, analytics, or AI-driven product features.
  • Background in consulting or large-scale enterprise product delivery.
  • Exposure to design thinking, journey mapping, or innovation frameworks. 

What you'll be doing in this role:

  • Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AIenabled product initiatives. 
  • Gather, prioritize, and translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements. 
  • Understand, articulate and prioritize features based on the value, scope, risk and delivery constraints.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals, delivery timelines and value outcomes, and successful execution of product features and releases. 
  • Engage with executive stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate product progress and outcomes.
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities
  • Define and monitor product performance, collect feedback, and prioritize improvements based on user insights and business impact
  • Drive continuous improvement based on feedback, data, and performance insights
