Job description

We're looking for a Associate Product Manager 2 to join Procore's Product & Technology Team. In this role, you will be a key tactical player in helping to bring Procore's new Time Tracking and Equipment solutions to a wider market. You will focus on the tactical execution for these products, ensuring that we deliver a world-class experience that meets the evolving needs of our customers.
As an Associate Product Manager 2, you will have feature-level ownership and will be responsible for significantly contributing to the business outcomes of the Resource Management product area. You will partner closely with your teams to ensure your work aligns with the overall strategic direction while directly driving adoption and customer transitions.
This position reports to the Director of Product and will be based in Austin, TX. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
What You'll Do:
  • Tactical Execution & Beta Management: Directly manage beta feedback of new features.
  • Customer Engagement: Meet with customers daily to prioritize feedback and develop a deep understanding of their "jobs to be done". You will participate in these conversations to glean insights and deliver value.
  • Product Delivery: Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring all key risk factors-including user experience and technical requirements-are considered.
  • Agile Leadership: Manage agile processes and maintain a healthy, prioritized development backlog in close collaboration with Engineering and Design.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensuring tactical work supports the long-term vision and help drive sales of the new product.
  • GTM & Adoption: Work directly with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and Support to drive adoption and ensure smooth product releases.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate and align with delivery teams to develop and prioritize a roadmap specific to complex.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Generally 2+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience, specifically building and delivering successful B2B SaaS products.
  • Discovery Skills: Proficiency in multiple discovery techniques and the ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights and trends.
  • Technical & Design Partnership: Proven ability to lead a "tripod" (Product, Design, Engineering) to create forward momentum and deliver high-quality capabilities.
  • Execution & Ambiguity: Ability to make defensible, informed decisions quickly and operate comfortably amidst the ambiguity of launching a new solution.
  • Delivery Momentum: You are the driver of your team, managing risk and dependencies to ensure timely delivery. Includes working with the engineering teams in agile processes and ceremonies.
  • Whole Product, User-Centric Thinking: You consider the user experience and collaborate well with UX design to think through UX designs and how they scale for more complex customers while incorporating customer feedback.
  • Strong Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to evangelize product features and benefits to both internal teams and external customers.
  • Construction Industry Passion: A deep curiosity and desire to learn the complexities of the construction industry and the specific needs of Materials stakeholders.

Additional Information
Base Pay Range:
113,040.00 - 155,430.00 USD Annual
This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
