The Order Management Associate is a member of the Order Management Team and is primarily
responsible for answering incoming phone calls and distributing them to the appropriate department.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
  • Answer incoming calls; greet callers, provide information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary
  • Greet visitors entering Instrumart, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and notify the appropriate Instrumart contact
  • Review and distribute all incoming Sales emails
  • Provide order tracking and shipment status updates

ESSENTIAL KSA's (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
  • Ability and comfort working with computer applications - ample experience working in NetSuite
  • Capacity to work with Instrumart's telecommunications system, Dialpad
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and helpful manner when corresponding with customers
  • Skilled time manager with a strong drive toward productivity
  • Active listener - giving full attention to what callers are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
  • High levels of dependability
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth and clear interactions across all departments at Instrumart
