Establishes a single source of truth. Configurable to embed any business uniqueness. Offers omnichannel integrations/experience. Dynamically generate all benefit plan communication documents. Annotate and track changes for regulatory and business communication

Annotate and track changes for regulatory and business communication content. Integrate dynamic pristine data with your Master Data Management. Converts data from JSON to relational SQL. Makes data usable for creating custom reports, advanced analytics, or integration with other external applications.
• Core product designer with team management capacity of 5-7.
• Maintaining high quality documents and design that I worked for future reference and shared among team members.
• Works with Onsite and Offshore teams within the group and from various departments to ensure adherence to master plans and schedules. This includes project coordination of ensuring the plans for achieving these goals runs smoothly and efficiently and projects are completed on time
• Develop .NET in Facets Core System for the implementation of the project.
• Used Facets Data Model in Claims Processing.
• Provide timely and reliable technical advice and assistance to internal and external team members.
• Ensure the requirements are gathered precisely, so that quality work is delivered on time. Accomplished through discussion in client meeting and email communication.
• Perform validation of Facets application under the guidelines and instructions of senior staff.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and conducted code review.
• Reviews and authorizes ticket escalations to escalation departments and Field Services.
• Monitors adherence to schedules and call time management.
• Self-motivated and able to manage workload efficiently and effectively.
