Job description

The Associate Producer supports the execution of project management and production activities from start to finish. This role works closely with Senior Producers and cross-functional teams to help coordinate workflows, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Associate Producer plays a key role in maintaining organization and momentum across fast-paced projects while supporting both client and internal needs.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience as a producer, project manager, or in a related role within an agency, brand, or production environment.
  • Experience supporting a range of project types including strategy, design, digital/web, content, and experiential.
  • Assist in defining scopes, building project plans, and supporting budget and schedule tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Maintain status reports, asset trackers, and other project management tools to support team alignment and delivery.
  • Support communication across internal teams and help coordinate with clients as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
  • Growing familiarity with production workflows, vendors, and freelance talent.
