We are looking for a forward-thinking Quality Process Engineer to champion continuous improvement and operational excellence at our Leominster, MA facility. In this role, you will be the driving force behind optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing material waste, and elevating our product quality standards. You will bridge the gap between production and compliance by managing quality system programs, leading corrective action initiatives, and ensuring strict adherence to global regulatory standards. - Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. Starting at $75,000–$95,000/year ($36.00–$45.60+/hr) depending on position and experience.

Responsibilities Include
- Defect & Material Control: Take full ownership of the Material Review Board (MRB) workspace, leading weekly cross-functional meetings to resolve non-conforming material issues swiftly.
- Corrective Action Management: Investigate internal, supplier, and customer-facing quality issues, tracking them through to resolution using formal Corrective Action Reports (CARs).
- Continuous Improvement: Identify production bottlenecks and scrap-reduction opportunities, developing actionable plans to cut waste and improve overall yield.
- Compliance & Documentation: Write, update, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure full, continuous alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Regulatory Liaison: Partner closely with safety and compliance agencies (UL and CSA), maintaining precise control over regulatory labels and testing equipment inventory.
- Internal Auditing: Assist with internal quality audits to keep operations audit-ready and highlight areas for systemic improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline (or an Associate's degree paired with at least 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience).
- Problem-Solving Toolkit: Proven experience utilizing data-driven methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), and statistical analysis tools to solve line issues.
- System Competency: Prior experience navigating ERP software (SAP experience is a major asset) and standard engineering documentation systems.
- Certifications: Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications are highly valued.
- Communication & Project Control: Excellent project management skills with the ability to confidently lead meetings and influence team members across departments.
