Associate Portfolio Advisor - Family Office Solutions
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated investment professional to join our Family Office Solutions team as an Associate Portfolio Advisor. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families, supporting the management of complex, multi-asset class portfolios.
As part of a collaborative team overseeing approximately $3 billion in client assets, you will play a key role in portfolio management, implementation, and client service. This position is designed for an early- to mid-career professional seeking meaningful responsibility, accelerated development, and the opportunity to contribute directly to sophisticated client portfolios.
This role is well-suited for candidates with a strong investment foundation who are ready to take the next step toward deeper portfolio ownership and client-facing responsibility in a high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management & Execution
- Support ongoing management including asset allocation implementation, rebalancing, and trade execution
- Monitor portfolios for alignment with client objectives and risk parameters
- Assist in implementation of traditional and alternative investments
Portfolio Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare client-ready reporting, performance analysis, and asset allocation reviews
- Support investment recommendations and translate data into insights
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Participate in client meetings and provide portfolio insights
- Take on primary responsibility for select client relationships
Team-Based Client Delivery
- Collaborate across investment, advisory, and planning teams
Risk Management & Controls
- Adhere to investment guidelines and support risk management processes
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of relevant investment experience
- Strong understanding of portfolio construction and financial markets
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Team-oriented with attention to detail
- Progress toward CFA/CFP preferred
