This position conducts detailed portfolio analysis for use in new business and existing client presentations. Assists in the preparation of client investment-related presentations, reports, and reviews. Facilitates trading activities by ensuring timely processing and follow-up. Answers inquiries and serves as a resource to strategists, partners and clients in order to support client retention and new business development.


Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:


Analysis - Sources, compiles, and analyzes data within client portfolios. Provides results of analysis for use in client presentations. Researches data associated with client and prospect investment inquiries.
Business Support - Facilitates new business development efforts through a variety of administrative support tasks. Partners on the preparation of client investment-related presentations, reports, and reviews. Supports the development and delivery of written and graphic information.
Portfolio Review - Reviews portfolios regularly to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures. Reports on discrepancies, trends, and other important information to the appropriate parties. Partners with Investment Operations Group and Compliance.
Trade Implementation - Answers inquiries regarding portfolio management trading systems. Ensure timely processing of trade-related activities.

Minimum Required Education and Experience:
