Purpose of Position:

The Bilingual People Operations Specialist (English/Spanish) plays a pivotal role in advancing Super Radiator Coils' purpose and mission by attracting and retaining a diverse, high-performing workforce. This multifaceted position encompasses talent acquisition efforts primarily focused on high-volume manufacturing roles within our Minnesota Division, as well as administering human resources policies, procedures, and programs related to union and non-union employees as directed by management. The incumbent will build robust recruitment strategies, foster strong relationships with key organizations, manage the candidate pipeline, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and serve as point of contact for employee relations matters. Additionally, this role involves providing comprehensive HR and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent, utilizing various channels such as job fairs, community outreach, employee referrals, and social networking.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers to align staffing needs with business objectives.

  • Serve as a liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and consistent candidate experience

  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations, union contracts, and company policies, including FMLA, workers' compensation, and disciplinary actions.

  • Provide guidance and support to manufacturing supervisors and leadership on employee relations issues, ensuring equitable application of policies and procedures.

  • Conduct investigations into employee-related issues, recommend corrective actions, and contribute to employee retention initiatives.

  • Assist with new hire onboarding, benefits education, and cultural change initiatives within the organization.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR programs to meet organizational goals and adapt to changing priorities.

  • In the absence of full-time recruiting workload, participate in the development of employee engagement and development plans, serve as payroll processing support. Connect
