As a Large Group and Production Director, you are an integral member of the Brownsburg Location team. The Large Group and Production Director is responsible for creating and leading volunteer-driven large group environments that engage kids mentally and emotionally, helping them grow in their faith while having a meaningful and enjoyable experience.

Key Outcomes

The Large Group and Production Director, you help deliver against our mission of "Connecting People to Jesus and Each Other", as well as our three vision pillars to "Raise the Strongest Generation", "Maximize and Multiply Jesus Followers", and "Amplify Jesus Online and Globally". Specifically, this role contributes to that in the following ways.

  • Large group environments consistently engage students at their developmental level, creating experiences that connect emotionally and mentally and prepare them for the middle school experience
  • A sustainable and growing pipeline of Hybrids and volunteers is developed to lead teaching, worship, and production roles with excellence
  • Worldview curriculum is effectively implemented in 4th and 5th grade and introduced in younger environments, creating a clear spiritual progression across elementary
Key Responsibilities

Key job duties

  • Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers for all large group roles including teaching, tech, and worship
  • Build and develop a leadership pipeline of Hybrids and volunteers
  • Oversee execution of large group environments across all elementary age groups
  • Integrate and implement Worldview curriculum across Kids environments
  • Design and execute age-appropriate experiences that engage students emotionally and mentally and support spiritual growth

Where You'll Be

Your role will include office environments, church service environments, and (likely) engaging with the congregation and community outside the walls of Connection Pointe. Physical demands mainly include, walking, climbing stairs, sitting or standing for long periods of time and occasionally lifting to 25+ pounds.
