Bring your creativity and fresh thinking to PUSHCORP, a cutting-edge subsidiary of WALTER Surface Technologies. Since 1952, WALTER has built a reputation for high quality and innovation in surface treatment technologies and a global leader in high-performance solutions for the metalworking industry. Our core philosophy centers on empowering customers to work smarter and achieve excellence through the best technology, products, performance, safety, and durability—driving increased productivity and profitability.

We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and execution-driven Associate Brand Manager to help elevate PushCorp’s presence in the automated metalworking and robotic material removal market. You will play a critical role in implementing PushCorp’s marketing plan, supporting product positioning, managing content programs, and enabling our sales teams and partners with high-impact tools.

If you thrive in both creative and analytical environments and cross-functional collaboration, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of the annual PUSHCORP marketing plan across digital, events, PR, and partner channels:

    3. Develop and maintain sales enablement tools such as brochures, data sheets, application one‑pagers, and product‑focused videos.
  • Lead Generation: Assist with planning and running lead‑generation campaigns (email, digital ads, partner campaigns), including list segmentation, asset preparation, and lead routing to sales.
  • Video Production & Demos: Coordinate creation of customer demo and product videos (concept, scripting, filming logistics, and edits) for use on the website, social media, and at tradeshows.
  • Integrator & Robot Manufacturer Partnerships: Support marketing programs with integrator partners and robot manufacturers’ ecosystem platforms (e.g., partner portals, solution marketplaces, application showcases).
  • Digital Marketing & Website Enhancements: Support ongoing improvements to the PUSHCORP website, including new pages, landing pages, blog content and forms.
  • Tradeshow & Event Promotion: Execute pre‑, during‑, and post‑show promotion for key tradeshows and events, including branding elements, lead capture and follow‑up workflows to maximize ROI from events
  • Social Media & Community Management: Manage day‑to‑day execution of PUSHCORP social media channels (content calendar, posting, basic creative, and community engagement).
  • Industry Publications & PR: Coordinate press releases, product news, and application stories for industry publications.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance of campaigns and channels (website, email, tradeshows, social media, partner platforms) using available tools.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals; familiarity with industrial or technical audiences is an asset.
  • Experience executing multi‑channel marketing tactics (email, digital, events, PR, social).
  • Working knowledge of website CMS tools, SEO basics, and marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalents).
  • Basic video production and editing skills (or the ability to coordinate with external partners and agencies).
  • Basic copywriting and editing skills in English and French; able to turn technical information into clear, compelling messages.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build productive relationships with sales, product, distributors, integrators, and media partners.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and turn them into actionable improvements.

Experience & Education:

  • University degree in marketing, business administration, communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct work experience in marketing
  • Experience working in a B2B industrial company & knowledge of B2B content marketing strategy.
  • Must be able to travel to the U.S. as required.
